I’ve earned some money on the internet, which is great. But I haven’t earned enough and most importantly I haven’t earned consistently.
I’ve spent a fortune on Internet Marketing products, some have been excellent, most have been really good, some have been full of things that I already knew. This has been happening more often recently and it made me realise something.
I actually know a lot about Internet Marketing.
So why aren’t I earning as much as I want? Because I haven’t done enough. I know enough but haven’t taken enough action.
Balls to that. Srsly.
I’m not going to buy any more ebooks, video guides or online courses. I’m going to try something and see whether or not it works. If it works I will do more, if it doesn’t I will try something different.
The overall approach is going to be:
- Generate traffic using article marketing and free videos and reports that link back to my site.
- Get the visitors to sign up to my email list.
- Give them cool, useful, original stuff.
- Ask them to buy stuff.
- Repeat
There’s lots of other ways to try and make money online but this is the one I’m going to stick at until it works. My vast IM knowledge tells me that this is a perfectly workable business model ( it’s worked for me before ) and all I need to do is expand it and make more money.
Why Now?
Because it’s nearly Christmas and books, computer games and clothes aren’t free. It’s also coming up to the end of the decade and I promised myself I’d be an astronaut or a rockstar by now. ( I’m settling for successful Internet Marketer )
